When alerts are forwarded to me I receive the service name that is stopped, however when I go to the server that this service is stopped on the service is not listed by this service name.Â
If I pull up the service in Zenoss the description in Zenoss is the actual name that you see on the windows server. Is there a way to add this object attribute? or is there an object attribute associated with the Description on a windows service?
