Device Name in the triggers

Is there any way i can get the name of the device in the triggers of an outage.
It sent the ip address, but most people want the device name also on the email that is being sent

Ensure that your Zenoss server has access to a good Domain Name Server (DNS) system.  That way, when devices are initially discovered, Zenoss will do a DNS lookup anduse the DNS name as the id and title field.  That will then be used throughout the GUI in any "name" fields.
