Is there a way to have a report show any device that has a local configuration to it where zPingMonitorIgnore and zSnmpMonitorIgnore have been set to true?

Are you talking about being alerted when the device has had changes to it's internal settings?  I was actually thinking of rolling that out for certain devices, if that is what you are talking about, if not, sorry I am missing the boat.

Some devices allow to export/save their settings and this (in some cases) can be automated.  If a device allows you to automate export of it's settings into any kind of file dump, you could then do a file compare to see if the file content is changed.  If the file contains any data related to a time-stamp, you might have to parse that out.  Note that this also provides disaster recovery functions within your monitoring, as a dead device could have it's replacement/spare potentially reconfigured from the saved export settings you are storing.

Please provide more details.

If you go to the configuration properties of a device, it shows you things like the snmp string, poll times, user names and passwords, etc that you can set.  It also shows where the the setting came from such as "/" or "/Network".  I am looking for a way to seach for any device that is in Zenoss that have those settings overidden.  Specifically where zPingMonitorIgnore and zSnmpMonitorIgnore have been set to true on the device settings themselves.
