Hi all,

please kindly help I'm new to Zenoss... Im receiveing error message below when adding a Apple Mac machine
in Zenoss

" SNMP agent down - no response received"
" No values returned for configured oids "

Those messages mean the Zenoss server wasn't able to communicate with the
Apple machine via SNMP. Usually it means that SNMP hasn't been configured
and setup on the Apple machine or the incorrect community was setup in
Zenoss, which can be set under configuration properties.

You can also try doing an snmpwalk against the Apple machine via the Zenoss
GUI to test your settings!
