So, let me start of by saying I am as green as can be when it comes to Zenoss. I have been start adding printers to my zenoss install and was able to find the OID for HP page count monitoring, which I added as a data source, and then to a graph for "X" printer. When I go and look at the graph, it doesn't appear to actually be counting pages. I have attached screenshots of the data source setup as well as the graph. In short, the line representing pages printed is flat, and quantity is being measure in kilobits. When I added the data source, I ran a test against one of the HP printers in my environment and it pulled the print count... so I'm at a loss for what is amiss and hoping for some assistance.
Thanks

To me everything looks fine. What you see on your graph is not in kilobits, it is in kilopages, both your graph and the OID test are currently indicating a value of 71543 pages. Just wait untill you print 500-1000 more pages and you'll see the graph changing albeit slowly.

Ah that makes perfect sense, it's not what I was expecting, however. What I would like to be able to do is have the graph show print counts in various time frames (month, year, etc.), not the total count in the printer. Alternatively, if it were possible to set up a report that could filter the count based on date criteria, the graph showing the lifetime (we never reset our print counters) print count wouldn't matter as much. Possible?
Thanks
