Hello

I am relatively new to Zenoss 3.2.1. I tried restoring from backup by running zenrestore --file=/backupname and I am getting the error that the command not found. If I do an "ls" I can see zenrestore in the directory. I tried logging in as zenoss "su zenoss" but it does not recognise the password "zenoss". Can someone assist?

You're on the right track by running it as the zenoss user, but I'm not sure why your unable to su to the zenoss user. Is it possible the password its prompting for is your password and not the zenoss password?

I tried su zenoss and entered zenoss and my own password and neither will work. The error message is "su: sorry". Zenoss is installed on a Mac OS X platform
