Zenoss use rrdtool to create the graphs. So I want to know that whether or where I can find the graphs.

Do you mean the rrd files? They are in $ZENHOME/perf/devices/devicename ...

No. I mean the graph that the rrdtool makes. Are these graphs not saved in a folder?

Nope - the graphs are not saved anywhere.  They are generated as required.  The data, as James says, is under $ZENHOME/perf/Devices/<device name> (note the capital D on Devices).
