I've had 4.2.3 installed for a couple weeks now. The UI performance has just been atrocious, before and after performing all documented tuning. It takes ~15 seconds to load the infrastructure page of 700 devices, and even then it doesn't load all of them. If I scroll down it eventually just goes blank for another 5 - 7 seconds before it loads more. Events page only takes a few seconds to load, though there aren't many events there currently. The daemons page takes at least 30 seconds to load, and then trying to load any log from that page takes at least as long as well.
The UI is just in general very slow and I'm not sure how to go about resolving it now. Our current production box is at 3.1 and the UI is just fine. Everything just loads in under a couple seconds at the most. It's running on older hardware as well. The test box with v4.2.3 is VM with 16GB RAM and 8 virtual cores assigned it. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
