*Problem description:*
I have about 12 location organizers listed under Infastructure>>Devices>>Locations. Each location organizer is the name of a physical location where my company has network devices. I created all of the location organizers at once and assigned addresses to the ones that I knew the address of. I assigned a few devices to locations but not very many. Some of the locations have child organizers too. I don't recall getting this error message right away but maybe it was there and I didn't look. Days later I went to start putting devices into these location organizers. I then checked the dashboard to look at the geomap widget. It gave me the error message that is the subject of this forum post : "Google could not process addresses. Reason: ZERO_RESULTS".

I did some searching and found the following forum post: http://community.zenoss.org/thread/18294 http://community.zenoss.org/thread/18294

This post is for a related issue. The post recommended installing service pack one. It was at this time i installed service pack 1. No change. I then proceeded to take the suggestion to edit the timeouts on the file: $ZENHOME/Products/ZenWidgets/skins/zenui/javascript/geomap.js to 10000 as directed by that forum post. I know it wasn't suggest to fix THIS issue but I gave it a whirl. It didn't work so I restored the backup of the geomap.js file.

I then proceeded to remove all of the addresses from each of the location organizers and child organizers thinking maybe one of the addresses in there was bad. Previously it would error on "Geocoding 6 of "~many(don't remember). When I removed all of the addresses it didn't give the error. But I need addresses in there. So, I am trying to get it to work with just 1 address. I have tried putting in an address for just one of the locations and I get errors on all of the following addresses:

My house
My office
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC (The White House)

All of these addresses resolve just fine when I go to the google maps website. In fact, as you can see from the next screenshot, it even plots the address correctly on the map. See the dot on the whitehouse? It plotted my office and my home correctly too despite still giving the error.
