What does the event severity "debug" mean?

I couldn't find the answer when i search the net. What exactly does it mean? like an event debugging the device?

And "clear" means the event is resolved or cleared?

Well, it means that it's a ignorable event in most cases. The event severities are somewhat arbitrary, and in fact you can use the labels to mean whatever you want when mapping your own events or using transforms. Debug generally means that it's data that you wouldn't ever care to look at unless specifically troubleshooting a problem.
