Hi

1. How to add email addresses to get Alerts, where is the option available in Zenoss web interface
2. Under the Network Map, I am seeing some Servers in Orange colour what does it mean, all other servers are showing green

Please help me

To add e-mail addresses(well, you really need to add them to users or groups) you need to set up notifications. Check the Admin Guide for details.

On the Orange color, I believe that means there's an event for those servers, so look them up in the events tab.

I have added couple of my colleagues email addresses under, users and groups, but still they are not getting email alerts, but I am getting the emails as I am part of that group

Where do I setup notifications
