Hi,

I am trying to fresh install Zenoss 4.2.3 on RHEL 5_64Bit and when I do I get the error for dependencies. (attached screenshot).
My servers are not connected to internet therefore I cannot download the dependencies using wget command.
how can I install Zenoss with all its dependencies without connecting to internet.

Also what will be the procedure to upgrade 3.2.1 to 4.2.3 again no internet connection available on the server.

That is the exact problem. I cannot run the automated script since it requires internet connection and my servers are not connected to internet at all.

In this case I have very bad news for you. Use a machine that is connected to Internet, download each of the several dozen rpm packets for dependencies, copy them to your server and apply them in the correct sequence (you will manage to figure it out by trial and error) using yum install. I can assure you it can be done.
