Running:

yum -y --enablerepo=epel --nogpgcheck localinstall \
zenoss_core-4.2.3.el6.x86_64.rpm

Gets me

Error getting repository data for epel, repository not found

Follwoing page 14, Enable EPEL Repository Access, it finishes with 10 files downloaded but results is the same,

wget -r -l1 --no-parent -A 'epel*.rpm' \
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/ http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/

How do I add the repository so it will upgrade?

Got the repo installed,

rpm --import <pubkey>
Key Location:  http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/fedora-epel/ http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/fedora-epel/

Download RPM
http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel

Install RPM

yum install localinstall <rpm location and file>

yum repolist
