We have apps running under heroku, and we wants to monitor individual apps in Zenoss Core 3.X, is there any way we can do it?

We have aopproximately 60 different apps and URLs running in Heroku, each apps / URL contains mysql database, and our MSG Department watns to monitor each and every thing like site is up, database is up and running, if there is any issue related to any heroku app needs to get alerted.
