Zenoss Core 3.2.1

I am monitoring Oracle Solaris 10 servers (e.g.T5240). For some servers i see only the components OS Processes/Processors/File System whereas some devices in the same class also contains 'Network Routes' or/and 'Interfaces'.

As HW/OS & Device Classis the same on all devices, i want to monitor all of its components.

I see no difference in Selected Modeler Plugins or Monitoring Templates - everything is inherited from above.

Where and how are these components collected?

I know problems on interface monitoring once installed an OpenVPN client and therefore creating a tun0 interface. Via SNMP there is no more NIC data available.

I assume now the same issue on Clustered servers, where an additional clprivnet0 interface is present.

It sounds like the systems are exposing differnt levels of snmp access. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to configure Oracle Solaris 10 boxes snmp daemon. Sorry.

IF-MIB .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2 does not return anything once the following interfaces tun0/clprivnet0 are present.

Any Ideas how to resolve it?

I don't know anything about that platform so I haven't the slightest idea. I would hit google to figure how to open up the snmp daemon on that platform.
