Device Issues Portlet not showing downed devices... has anyone seen this issue?

Events are clearly seen under events tab. Event class /Status/Ping

The weird thing is that its not consistent and just started happening all of a sudden.

Most of the time when a single device goes down, you will not see it.

Other times you do, usually when multiples are down.
