"Can I force Zenoss to run modeling services on all devices at-will?"

I installed a new Zenoss 4.2.0 server and installed all of the official Zenpacks as well as all of the community zenpacks that I needed. Then I went on to do autodiscoveries of all of the device ip ranges on my network. I discovered close to 400 devices. I then went and looked and all of my zenpacks had somehow become removed. The zenpacks must have fallen out sometime between installing and adding the devices (there was a day in between because I had other stuff at my job to do). So, it seems that all of the devices (or most) were added without zenpacks. If I delete a device and add it again it adds correctly because (seemingly to me) it is modeling with the installed zenpacks. I would like to force a modeling run to be performed right now and I want to to chug through it until it is done and dedicate as many resources as it needs to get it done. I think I found a way to do this by edditting the collector interval to 1 minute. I am not sure if this is doing what I want it to do and I let it run for a few hours and there are still many devices that don't seem to be modeled. I can't let it run overnight as my boss wants me to put the zenoss 3 server back up to monitor the network when noone is in the office and the new server isn't close to being ready to complete the task.
Also, I am new to zenoss (if you couldn't already tell). I have found some detailed documentation at the following location: http://docs.huihoo.com/zenoss/admin-guide/2.1.1/ http://docs.huihoo.com/zenoss/admin-guide/2.1.1/
Is this the best place to start to becoming a full-on zenoss admin? I am open to any help and/or suggestions. I have been using this community a lot for problems I run into and so far I'm very impressed by this community. Thanks in advance!
