Hi,
We are using Zenoss Service dynamics 4.3.2 version.

I'm trying to enable the monitoring for MS SQL database but am seeing lot of constraints in it. As per the documents, i have followed the below procedure.

1. Loaded the monitoring template under /Devices/Server/Windows/WMI/MSSQLServer.

2. Resource Manager Windows service account 'zenoss' has the admin access to the MS SQLServer service
3. No issues with zWinUser and password of windows account

Please note that am using a local account to get the performance data from MS SQL server.

Can anyone please let me know why data is not getting collected for MS SQL server in Zenoss web portal.

Thanks,
Ramu Chittiprolu

Its 32-bit version.

Also, In Zenoss Service Dynamics 'ZenPacks.Zenoss.MSSQL Server' zenpack is installed. Not sure if any zenpacks are required to install to monitor MS SQL database.

Thanks,
