We're currently running Zenoss Core 3.2.1 on MySQL 5.1.59. Does Zenoss Core 3.2.1 also support running on MySQL 5.5.x?

3.2.1 does not. 4.2, which will beta in December, does support 5.5. In fact it defaults to it.
