Tried to follow the instruction from the link and got more error messages:

./check_redis.py -H xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./check_redis.py", line 9, in <module>
    import ZenPacks.chudler.redis.lib.redis as redis
ImportError: No module named ZenPacks.chudler.redis.lib.redis

Did you run that command as root or the zenoss user? You probably want to run it as the zenoss user
