Just giving this a bump as we're still having this problem intermittently.
I'd be really interested to hear anyone's ideas on why zenprocess would report procs as being down when they are not. I strongly suspect a problem with the snmp poll, but in that case I would expect a different event rather than Zenoss just assuming the procs are down.
