Hi Nick ,
I am facing same issue on Zenoss Service Dynamics 4.1.1 where users are unable to login to tool as they had keyed in wrong password once . Event.log states that the attempt value is 2 as i see event repeating twice . I am not sure if the issue has been fixed . Kindly advise on how to go about it     Â
