Hi, I am new to Zenoss. I am trying to evaluate the product and have gone through the installation, both manual and utilizing the install script. Both methods result in the following error, upon initial start up:
# /sbin/service zenoss start

If I try starting, as the zenoss user, via:Â /opt/zenoss/zenoss start, I get the following:

There was an error during the ZenPack operation: Command 'zenpack --install /opt/zenoss/packs/ZenPacks.zenoss.ApacheMonitor-2.1.3-py2.7.egg' returned non-zero exit status 127
Error: A zenpack failed to install. Fix the zenpack or delete it from /opt/zenoss/var/zenpack_actions.txt, then restart zenoss.

Any assistance / guideance would be appreciated. I am not a Unix / Linux newbie, and consider myself fairly proficient.
