QNAP NAS Warnings

I have a couple of QNAP NAS boxes that are monitored.  Every couple of days, I receive a warning in Zenoss with details similar to this:

| 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.100.5.11.1.2.1.2.2.4.4.1.2.1 | Troj/Agent-YLT |
| 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.100.5.11.1.2.1.2.2.4.4.1.3.1 | POP3 |
| | |
| oid | 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.100.5.11.1.2.1.3.3.4.6 |


Has anyone else seen this?  Or know what it means?
