IP Services not show

I am having an issue where whenever I go to IP Services under Infrastructure, I get a quick black popup box that goes away and then 'loading'. I never get to see any of the services, therefore I cannot edit or add any.

I have restarted the services but that didnt help. Anyone else seen this issue?

was able to catch the black box. Is reads;

attribute error 'WinServiceClassInfo' object has no attribute 'port'

This cleared once I discovered a search term in the search box everytime I went to the page. I them attemped to add another service and that cleared that search box.

Now everything is normal again.
