Here is the JSON from a tcpdump to do this...

I think you should be albe to use this as a starting point..  I have figured out how to change the device name, etc via curl, but nothing i can find allows to chage the IP easily..  I am still poking at it however.  There SHOULD be a way via curl to do this darnit!
