Hi,

I had same issue in past, not any more. I am able to get network route, interface using snmp, one thing you have to do is to add ip address of your zenoss in router, and community as a what ever community you setup for your router, remodel it, and see if that works or not. I had same issue, but after adding ip address in Cisco Router things works like it should be. I also did the same for Zenoss 4.2 Core, and it works (i had to add ip address in Cisco Router to collect MIBs and send it to Zenoss)
