On what type of devices? ZenOSS can monitor anything you like as long as you're willing to write the modeler :)

sorry for the late reply , this to monitor Juniper MX9K and M10i MPLS PE , is there any way by Zenoss to monitor the routes inside the MPLS VRF

If the are exposed to snmp or ssh then yes. You'll need to write a modeler, however. I'd start with looking at RouteMap.py.
