Can zenoss do this like the title? If we want to monitor and display a process, whether we must configure the regx in the infrasructure-process or not.

If I understand you correctly,  then you'd need to specify a regex that only matches the application process, and not the system process (which I take to be the process that spawns the application process).

I mean that the processes will be increased, so they are not fixed. Then I want to know whether Zenoss can distinguish the system processes with the application processes by default automaticly.

Yes.  You need to setup a process with a regex that matches the process you want to monitor.
