Hello,
I'm using zenoss 3.0.2 with added several devices. Two of them have 85% disk usage, but there is no event for this.
When I go to: Advanced-Monitoring Templates-FileSystem-/Server/SSH/Linux my setting for Thresholds are:

DataPoint-Selected: *disk_usedBlocks*
Severity: *Critical*
Enable: +checked+
Maximum Value: *here.totalBlocks * .8* ( when I change it to .7 or 75, nothing happends ).
Event Class: */Perf/Filesystem*
Escalate Count: *0*

How to enable disk full report/events?

Nikolai:

Can you post a screen shot of the disk graph that should have alerted?

Best,

After your restart did you see the graph update for the high disk usage?

P.S. Is there any another way to change "high disk usage" alert's?May be only for single device or... ?

Yes you can change it for that single device and that would be a great check to see if you're changing the correct graph definitions.

Select the File System component and just under the file system list you should have a drop down that says "*Display*". Select "*Templates*" from that list.

In the right panel you have the Thresholds setting. At this point you should be able to see if this graph definition is a global or local graph. You should have the option to either Create Local Copy or Delete Local Copy. If the Create Local Copy is enabled any changes you make will impact all other devices utilizing this graph def.

Hope this helps.

I missed this thread over the weekend, but if you are going to want to set per device filesystem thresholds, a much easier way to do it is with variable templating - it's what we do here. See the ZCA FAQ:
