I'm in the process of getting Zenoss 4.2.3 installed on a CentOS 6 box (first time setting up for CentOS 6), and I'm in need of the appropriate MySQL version. In reading other forums and posts, it looks like people have gotten Zenoss to work on MySQL 5.5.28. The MySQL website only has 5.5.30, which I downloaded and installed.

My problem is when I run the "yum localinstall..." on the Zenoss RPM, I'm getting a depenancy error:

"Requires: mysql-client >= 5.5.13"

Does anyone know where I can download the version of MySQL that I need, or has anyone gotten Zenoss to work on 5.5.30?

The autodeploy script will show how to use yum to grab the appropriate mysql version...

Just to be specific, the autodeploy downlods the MySQL files from the following site:

http://wiki.zenoss.org/download/core/mysql/ http://wiki.zenoss.org/download/core/mysql/.

Just in case anyone was wondering or needed it.
