Hi peeps,

Just wondering if anyone has a work around to this bug? The only way for the devices not to show up in the Device Issues portlet is by deleting the EVents.

This is not the correct manner for this to work because ten we can track events because we deleted them.

Can anyone help with this? :x

Thanks
Scott

Hi internet,

I have the same issue. I have to close the event from the Event Console so that it is removed from the "Device with Issues Portlet".

So after you click close from the event console, it is also removed from the event console. But if you want to go see the event that you closed you have to go to event history.

Does it work in the same manner for you all as well?

The device issues portlet doesn't offer a way to close events from the portlet itself, at least not in 3.2.1 community edition.

When you close an event, i.e., click the X button, it will be moved to Event History which is normal. Acknowledging an event has no bearing on the color change as you only ack'd the event, the problem still exists...
