I believe to do this, you would have to add some custom code to zenoss to change the format of the alert messages, Because by default the message is sent as simple text. You would have to change the format to something like MIME or something else.

ok thank you for your reply.

I found an easy work around by creating and outlook rule that when the alert came in flagged it as urgent....which is the same end result.
