Hi -

I am having difficulty getting disk usage results for my Celerra  NAS.

Using ZenPack CelerraFileSystem :
   + snmpwalk works fine
   + CelerraDf.sh works fine
   + running zenmodeler -v10 shows the filesystems and their usage/sizes
   + testing from the GUI using a given filesystem shows correct usage/size

   - However, the CelerraDf.sh script never seems to be called during Modeling (even though plugin CelerraDF is loaded).

I have seen some incomplete threads on this issue in the forum - anyone have any hints?

It sounds as though you have the modeler plugin applied to your devices, but not the performance template. Do you seen anything related to your device under the "Monitoring Templates" section?

Yes, Disk_DF with Data Source COMMAND :

${here/ZenPackManager/packs/ZenPacks.community.CelerraFileSystem/path}/libexec/CelerraDf.sh ${dev/manageIp} ${dev/zSnmpCommunity} ${here/mount}

strange that this will work when i test it with a specific filesystem like :

${here/ZenPackManager/packs/ZenPacks.community.CelerraFileSystem/path}/libexec/CelerraDf.sh ${dev/manageIp} ${dev/zSnmpCommunity} /test_filesystem

But when Modeling, it seems the CelerraDf.sh script is not even executed (nothing shows up in a /tmp/Celerra.log file)

which version of zenoss are you running this on? Can you send a screen shot of what modeler plugins are currently applied to the device, as well as its device class?
