When attempting to add a new device I get a 'error 111 connection refused'.  Also, when I try to model a device there's a connection timeout related to zenhub.

There are 6 zenhubworker.py processes running.

I have zenoss-4.2.0.el6.x86_64 installed on CentOS

Any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure this is your problem, but I don't have much to go on, would you please paste the output of the following run as root:
rabbitmqctl -p /zenoss list_queues

Hi Andrew,

Since the original posting I shutdown zenoss and mysql and did a restore from my backup server.  Didn't help.
