Hi,

I have configured zenoss core 4.2 and enabled basic alert system in zenoss core.

But I am not getting any documentation for alert escalation in 4.2.

Please let me know how to configure escalation in zenoss core 4.2 .

Also is there any proper documentation for zenoss core 4.2.

Please revert back ASAP.
