Zenpop use the first mime attachement as the event details. The system ignores secondary message bodies(typically HTML-encoded message). So if the message is HTML-encoded, there is garbled coding in event detail which generated from HTML message via zenpop3.
*The question is, how let Zenpop3 retrieve HTML message and dispay in a readable format in event detail?*
If Zenpop3/Zenoss has limitation to support HTML message, any other solution for this trouble? Tried some solution in below discussion, but all failed. http://serverfault.com/questions/58091/exchange-server-convert-incoming-mail-to-plain-text http://serverfault.com/questions/58091/exchange-server-convert-incoming-mail-to-plain-text
