Hi!
I have done fresh install of ZenOSS v.4.2.4 and all working fine, I move all my devices and settings from v.3.2.1. But I cannon find menu "Alerting Rules" in user menu. Is this optin absent in Zen4.2.4?

Zenoss 4 does not use alerting rules, this was one of the big upgrades. It now has Triggers that notifications can subscribe to. You should carefully read that section of the 4.x admin guide to understand how it's different.
