Guys, I need some help here

I'm using latest version, one of the Cisco firewall device cannot reacheble via ICMP but the snmp polling is perfect all the informiton are show in Zenoss, however the device status are show "Down", I tweak the setting zPingMonitorIgnore both "true" and "false" does't not work and I also try to remove and add the device again but same result, what else I miss here.

I've not seen tihs issue specifically, but I have sen where changes don't always take effect. Try setting it back to true. Then from the action/gear menu click push changes. If that doesnt do it, keep it set to true and try restarting zenoss.

I don't know all the gory details, but I know the collector only checks for configuration changes every so often, perhaps this setting falls into that category.

Thanks dpetzel, I have tried all the suggestion, no luck.

I formatted everything to install the latest zenoss version, that works.
