Helo dears!
In the company I work we use Zenoss version 3.2.0 because it is approved by the government. We are with problem in Zenoss. If the devices stay for more than 2 days with down in the Zenoss not show UP when the devices change to up.
I can not find solution. Can you help me?

Na empresa que trabalho nós usamos o Zenoss versão 3.2.0, porque é homologado pelo governo. Nós estamos com problemas. Quando um dispositivo fica down por mais de 2 dias e volta, o Zenoss não muda o status para UP.
Vocês podem nos ajudar? Não consigo achar solução em lugar nenhum!
