Zenoss 3.2 to 4.2 Upgrade Failed - Error Message

In attempting to do the upgrade from 3.2 to 4.2, I ran:

service zenoss start

Upon the upgrade process, I got the following message:

WARNING: Unable to find zodb database credentials in zope.conf. Please upgrade zope.conf to use persistent sessions manually.
Starting zeneventserver...Migrating data...
ERROR:ZODB.Connection:Couldn't load state for 0x01

After this error message, the upgrade stopped running.

I could really use some feedback from any seasoned Zenoss users.

Does anyone that has upgraded to a 4.2 core install have a copy of a zope.conf they could post? It would be nice to see what the 4.2 install adds to this config file.
