Was that 2 hours the time difference that you had just set?

I set mine forward 12 hours as a test, then set it back.  Hopefully it comes back when the time has passed.

I have exactly the same issue, I am provisioning a new Zenoss server (4.2.0) and I realized the system clock is off, so I synced it to NTP. After I did, time was rolled back by about 2,5 hours and I am getting a very similar error message to the one above. I guess that since there are sessions in future in the db, it won't let me log in until they are in the past.

If I knew which table holds session data I could try to purge it manually...

Check zodb_session in mysql. You can also try deleting your zep indexes, though I'm not positive that'll help.
