I'm having a problem where certain devices always show device up whether they are pingable or not.  It happens even if I put them in the /Ping class.  If I leave it in the Server classes, I get SNMP down and process down alerts but no device down alerts.  I've tried deleting and readding but no change.  Also I updated to 4.2.3 on Friday but no change.  I know that Zenoss uses nmap rather than ping to test, is there a way I can verfify what exactly is happening?
