Error: no program specified; use -p or -C
For help, use /opt/zenoss/bin/zeoctl -h
/opt/zenoss/bin/zeoctl
Wondering if it's even supposed to be running.  Was working on trying to speed up the UI when I noticed this.

4.2 doesn't use zeoctl. The move from FileStorage to RelStorage has removed the need to run zeoctl daemon.

If you are talking about the web front end, restarting zenwebserver.  Dont know what your issue is but unless yiu alhave a big environment the answer to web slowness is almost always, add more memory.
