Graph error - Global Name

There error message I get when I click on graph is

The server reported the following error:
NameError global name 'ConfigurationError' is not defined
The system has encountered an error. Please reload the page.

Which log would help me troubleshoot this issue. Here are the versions I am using if that helps. Any help would be appreciated.
