So, here's the story:

I just recently started using Zenoss.  Its complicated, but I think I am getting the hang of it.  I am just the intern, and I am the one responsible for implimenting Zenoss as the "final project" of my internship.  We have an event coming up here this week which my boss wants to see some details of wifi access and AP usage.  All I have to do is install some Ruckus MIBs so I can start on the process of monitoring thos devices.  I have spent the day trying to install the MIBs, but to no avail.  The logs all look like this:

2013-08-06 14:28:38,534 INFO zen.Job: Job 56d5c2f3-fb91-4d8a-8f4f-c11a411e1771 (Products.Jobber.jobs.SubprocessJob) received

Right now, I do not have access to the command line, so thats not an option.  We are running a Core 4.2 install on the VMware appliance.

Is there something I'm missing to install from the Web UI, because it looks like you should just be able to add it in by hitting the plus button, but that hasn't worked for me all day.

Thanks in advance,
Rob

Sadly, to really do much with Zenoss beyond the OOTB stuff requires access to the command line. You don't usually need root - just the zenoss user.  Also, you really should upgrade to 4.2.4, it fixes a LOT of bugs.

Actually, we are running 4.2.4, so im guessing a bug isnt to blame.  As for the command line, would it be possible to define a user command that would run the same as running zenmib from the command line?
