Maybe someone can help me. I am trying to update my zenoss core 4.2.0 to the latest 4.2.3. This zenoss will be going live next week and so I already have a number of server setup with the proper trigger in place. I followed the instructions from the zenoss wiki on how to upgrade the version. but as soon as I run the script it is giving me an error.

"It appears that the distro-supplied version of MySQL is at least partially installed, or a prior installation attempt failed.

     Please remove these packages, as well as their dependencies (often postfix), and then
     retry this script:


     MySQL-shared-5.5.27-1.linux2.6.x86_64
     MySQL-server-5.5.27-1.linux2.6.x86_64
     MySQL-client-5.5.27-1.linux2.6.x86_64 "

Anyone can help?

I don't think the autodeploy script makes sense for an upgrade, try just installing the RPM?

I managed to perform the upgrade from 4.2.0 to 4.2.3 with the rpm package.
