Hi,

We are getting the below error while starting the services of zenoss. The below error we are receving after the applicatin installation as well as installation of its dependencies.

Could anyone help me out in fixing this issue.

It looks like you don't have Erlang installed. One of the dependancies in listed in the install document is "Erlang R12B".

I have already installed Erlang R12B and its dependecies in the server but still am facing this error. Due to this am not able to start the services of Zenoss. Please help me out in getting this done.

You probably do not have erlang installed as both previous posters in this thread have pointed out.  Please either use the http://wiki.zenoss.org/Install_Zenoss install script found on the wiki, and start over, or manually install erlang.

http://wiki.zenoss.org/Main_Page#Getting_Help http://wiki.zenoss.org/Main_Page#Getting_Help  Ramu, the problem is that you're begging for help without providing details.  Yes I am an employee of Zenoss, but I am not paid support, I'm here to make sure the forums are running, and to help users.  This means that the social contracts for getting help in the FOSS community are definitely still valid.  You need to read the first link, ESR's guide to getting help, and provide us the information we need to answer your question, and the steps you've taken to try to diagnose it.  When we answer it, you need to follow our instructions (Such as starting over and running the community script as recommended in every thread I've replied to you in).
